特点：
1、本机适应于生产HDPE、LDPE等材料的热封热切背心袋。
2、后放料采用气压上料，放料控制采用变频电机摩擦轮张力控制驱动，随主机速度需求自动设定放料速度。膜卷较大直径800mm。
3、采用高速PLC集中控制伺服送料系统及整机。
4、新设计的封刀结构，当封刀需要清理时，可将封刀翻转180度固定来清理，安全可靠，保养更容易。
5、设有双线独立自动封刀堵料检测及放料断料检测，自动停机并报警功能。
6、采用气液增压缸冲剪袋口，噪音低、耗气量小。
7、可选配放料E.P.C自动纠编装置。

GY-ZD-F full-automatic high-speed bag-making machine unit

Characteristics:
1. Available for producing heat-sealing and heat-cutting T-Shirt bag with materials like HDPE and LDPE.
2. Rear unwinding adopts air cylinder, unwinding control is driven by friction gear of the inverter, and automatically set unwinding speed subject to the main engine speed. The Max. diameter of the film roll is 800mm.
3. Servo feeding system and the whole machine are controlled by the high speed PLC.
4. New-designed structure of sealing knife able to turn 180 over and fix to be cleaned when needed, therefore safe and easy to maintain.
5. Two-line and independent automatic detection for the film jam and film breaking, and automatically stop and give alarms.
6. Air-hydraulic increase-pressure cylinder on punching unit with low noise and little air consumption.
7. Optional feeding E.P.C. automatic guiding device available.
